WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Roadmap development.
  • Revenue management.
  • Budgeting.
  • Hypothesis validation.
  • Responsibility for the formation of the strategy, vision, and roadmap of the site.
  • Implementing effective product metrics, including the revenue, and following up on them.
  • Competitors research.
  • Customer research.
  • Collaboration with the developers and designers.
  • Analysis of product metrics, working with analytics - GA, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Formation of the backlog, prioritization of tasks and goals of the team, setting and monitoring deadlines.
  • Management of the team (SEO Team Lead, Three content managers, Outreach manager, PR- Specialist).
  • User Acquisition.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Product roadmap & backlogGrowth & Monetization Strategy.
  • Hypothesis ideation & validation.
  • Experience in increasing product conversion (CRO).
  • Ability to form and prioritize the site development backlog.
  • Experience in developing sites on different CMS (setting tasks for programmers, designers, testers).
  • Ability to work with metrics: E-commerce conversion rate, LTV, ARPU, Retention.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Skills in forming a strategy, vision, and site roadmap.
  • Experience in A/B testing.
  • Leadership and team organization skills.
  • You actively use: hotjar, GA/GTM, mockups / Figma / Axure.
  • Define and constantly monitor key product metrics.
