WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own your product roadmap for 2 quarters and eventually up to 1 year ahead.
- Own product metrics including the revenue.
- Work closely with the data, stakeholders and peers to collect their input.
- Define and score the product hypotheses.
- Work closely with the product owners to estimate the hypotheses and update your roadmap accordingly.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Impact-driven.
- Hands-on with data.
- Comfortable pitching your hypotheses.
- A strong communicator in both oral and written form.
- Experience working with B2C products.
- Proven track record of making an impact on the product metrics, we will expect you to share what they were and provide examples of moving them.
- Experience successfully leading initiatives without formally managing people (in our organization a product manager does not manage the team).
- Good intuition of the user experience and product design, we will expect you to share a couple examples of how it helped you.

HOW IT WORKS
1st stage: pre-screen with a recruiter (up to 30 minutes).
2nd stage: an interview with the manager (1 hour).
3rd stage: test task.
4th stage: an interview with CPO and HR (up to 30 minutes).
5th stage: a collection of recommendations.
6th stage: job offer!
Welcome on board and our HR will introduce you to the culture and values of the company in a 2-day adaptation program.
A trial period for this position – 3 months, during which we will get used to and work together. Also, a mentor from your team will help you, so that everything will be with the least stress and joy.
