WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Monitor and evaluate the market rhythms and competition.
- Develop, manage, present, and keep up-to-date the product roadmap.
- Conduct users and competitors research to support evidence-based decision-making, analyze data to identify new opportunities, understand and articulate user pains and needs.
- Define, execute, and contribute to the vision & product strategy for assigned products.
- Form and manage the product backlog.
- Build and validate hypotheses via A/B testing, with MVP.
- Improve product metrics, track performance and measure success.
- Plan and implement new monetization schemes and business models.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of brands in cooperation with CRO, channels (SEO/email, etc).
- Management of ongoing product development tasks.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensure solutions address stakeholder concerns.
- Work with product and cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and products.
- Continuous improvement of usability and technical performance, to ensure the products continue delivering user value as user needs and circumstances change.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Competitors and users research.
- Product Metrics.
- Creation of the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
- Generation & testing hypothesis, A/B testing.
- User experience improvements.
- User and business value delivery.
- Feedback gathering, work with pain points.
- Cohort analysis.
- Experience with data analysis/visualization tools (GA and related).
- Writing & maintaining documentation on the results of A/B tests, hypothesis testing.
- Correct description of tasks according to the requirements of the stakeholders.
- Tasks creation, management, and acceptance of deliverables.
- Understanding of user acquisition channels (will be a plus).
- Experience working in an agile environment (will be a plus).
- Analytics tools like Clarity, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, etc (will be a plus).
- SQL-queries (will be a plus).
- Prototyping tools(will be a plus).
