Product Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Research the customer pain points and business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the RnD team and other stakeholders.
  • Define and validate hypotheses.
  • Analyze and optimize product funnels.
  • Launch and monitor features and improvements, and report their results to the wider team.
  • Plan sprints based on the quarterly roadmap and occasional ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
  • Prepare for and run scrum ceremonies.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Proven track record of successful product execution.
  • Some analytics skills (SQL will be a plus) and a natural curiosity.
  • Experience working in an agile / scrum environment, good knowledge of the common practices and routines.
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to organize not only your own work, but also the RnD team.
  • Timely and proactive communication, transparency, and ownership.
  • Experience in EdTech or Ecommerce is a strong plus.
  • Experience with the US market is a strong plus.
