WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Research the customer pain points and business opportunities.
- Work closely with the RnD team and other stakeholders.
- Define and validate hypotheses.
- Analyze and optimize product funnels.
- Launch and monitor features and improvements, and report their results to the wider team.
- Plan sprints based on the quarterly roadmap and occasional ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
- Prepare for and run scrum ceremonies.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Proven track record of successful product execution.
- Some analytics skills (SQL will be a plus) and a natural curiosity.
- Experience working in an agile / scrum environment, good knowledge of the common practices and routines.
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to organize not only your own work, but also the RnD team.
- Timely and proactive communication, transparency, and ownership.
- Experience in EdTech or Ecommerce is a strong plus.
- Experience with the US market is a strong plus.
