WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for review & media platforms with clear business value.
- Take ownership of growth levers, hypothesis formulation, prioritization and execution.
- Lead and evaluate growth experiments with success metrics (SEO, traffic, internal funnels, monetization).
- Analyze product performance and make decisions based on data and measurable impact.
- Design and validate monetization models (affiliate, advertising, partnerships).
- Build scalable content, moderation and operational processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams: SEO, content, development, design.
- Define key product and growth metrics and track them consistently.
- Present insights and product decisions to leadership.
- Balance user value with SEO optimization for sustainable growth.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Strong expertise in content-driven products, especially news or UGC platforms.
- Experience in building or scaling products with SEO as a core acquisition channel.
- Proven ability to launch growth experiments with data-driven hypotheses.
- Deep understanding of monetization channels and business metrics.
- Ability to define, track and interpret core KPIs.
- Clear strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into roadmap and execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
- Comfortable working in uncertainty and ambiguity.
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
