Product Manager (Monetization) | Honeytech

Currently, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it.

Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics — in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

Conducting market and user research to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
Developing and validating hypotheses through prioritization and A/B testing to drive data-informed decisions.
Optimizing monetization by analyzing paid access models and pricing across regions, segments, and platforms to maximize LTV and profitability.
Managing feature development end-to-end, from ideation to production release.

Has 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C products (must-have).
Has hands-on experience with monetization, funnels, and conversion rate optimization (including paywalls).
Makes data-driven decisions and has a strong understanding of key product metrics.
Has experience in forming, prioritizing, and validating product hypotheses through A/B testing.
Has Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
Understands payment processing flows (nice to have).
