Product Manager
- We are Boosta — an international IT company with a portfolio of successful products, performance marketing projects, and our investment fund, Burner. Boosta was founded in 2014, and since then, the number of Boosters has grown to 600+.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will research the customer pain points and business opportunities
- Define and validate hypotheses
- Launch and monitor features and improvements, report their results to the wider team
- Own long-term product initiatives that impact bottom line
- Analyze and optimize product funnels
- Seek room for improvement in business processes
- Work closely with the RnD team, other business departments and stakeholders
- Take active part in scrum ceremonies: refine your features with engineering, support them during implementation
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 4+ years experience in product management.
- Proven track record of successful product execution.
- Strong analytics skills (SQL will be a plus) and a natural curiosity.
- Experience working in an agile / scrum environment, good knowledge of the common practices and routines.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organise your work.
- Stakeholder expectations management.
- Experience in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy.
- Timely and proactive communication, transparency and ownership.
- Experience in EdTech or Ecommerce is a plus.
- Experience with the US market is a strong plus.
- Experience in building AI products and features, or features that make use of AI capabilities is a strong plus
