Product Designer | Honeytech

Currently, we are looking for a Product Designer to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it.

Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics — in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

Remote Full-Time | Design

Designing and improving the UI/UX of the web product with a strong focus on user experience in collaboration with the Product Manager.
Conducting audits of the current product design and optimizing existing functionality.
Working with analytics and making product decisions based on metrics.
Analyzing user behavior, building Customer Journey Maps (CJM), testing product hypotheses, and evaluating the impact of design decisions on key metrics.
Implementing and scaling the design system: components, patterns, principles, and libraries.

Has 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
Has a strong portfolio with metric-driven case studies.
Has experience designing scalable solutions, web platforms, and subscription-based monetization products.
Can take full ownership of projects end-to-end, from idea to launch.
Has expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and design systems.
Makes strategic design decisions considering user, business, and technical contexts.
Has Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
