job description
Your responsibilities will be:
- Working on creating and improving marketing funnels.
- Analyzing funnels of both direct and indirect competitors.
- Designing marketing materials (creatives for landing pages, ads, social media, App Store screenshots, etc.).
- Generating hypotheses and quickly testing how the audience reacts to them - seeing the results of your work reflected in key metrics.
- Leveraging AI tools to create standout solutions that differentiate us from competitors.
- Collaborating closely with the core team of experienced specialists and founders.
- Taking ownership of decisions—no one will dictate how to do things; the responsibility is yours.
- Optimizing UX/UI - we’re not just building something that "works," but a fast and user-friendly product.
- Keeping the bar high. We work fast and deliver quality (yes, it’s possible). If we do something, we do it well. But like in any business, sometimes quick fixes are needed - because at this stage, Better Done than Perfect (though you’ll still need to scale that solution later).
- Not waiting for a spec - taking action. See a problem? Propose a solution and implement it. If you're on board, you have our trust.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in creating marketing funnels and materials.
- Strong focus on both UI and UX aspects.
- Proficiency in Figma, including working with components and variables.
- Ability to take responsibility and execute tasks "from 0 to 1".
- Results- and speed-oriented—design is not just for aesthetics but primarily for improving conversion rates.
- Critical and analytical thinking, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- English proficiency for reading and comprehension.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- A portfolio with relevant work examples or willingness to complete a test task.
- Experience working with AI tools (e.g., MidJourney) - nice to have.
- Experience with Framer - nice to have.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup - nice to have.
- Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (Firebase, Amplitude, RevenueCat, Appsflyer, or similar services) - nice to have.
