We are looking for a talented, creative, and persistent Data Analyst who has a passion for research and loves to dig deeply into problems. In this position, you will work as a part of our product development team. We are building a freelance platform that is powered by a complex Recommendation System and Advanced Analytics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Search for insights that help to improve the product, build and validate the hypothesis, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Extract and transform data from the database, calculate product metrics, visualize and present the results.
- Create dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Google SpreadSheets powered by Python+MySQL backend.
- Perform data-driven product ad-hoc researches.
- Design and analyze A/B tests.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Solid experience with SQL (MySQL, Google BigQuery).
- Solid knowledge of statistics and mathematical modeling.
- Python analytics-stack: numpy / pandas / visualisation libs / Jupyter.
- Data visualization & reporting: Power BI or similar; plotly/dash (python).
- Hypothesis & A/B testing.
- Understanding data structures / OOP principles / algorithms.
- Understanding Data Science / Machine Learning principles (+ libs: sklearn, keras, etc) - will be a plus.
- Understanding of the main unit economics and product metrics.
- Google Analytics - will be a plus.
