Product Analyst (Health and Fitness app)
We invite a Product Analyst to join our partner company and strengthen the product team with high-quality analytics. You will be responsible for building dashboards, analyzing user behavior and subscription metrics, and delivering clear, data-backed recommendations to the Product Manager. You will work with data end-to-end — from hypothesis formulation and analysis to presenting insights and explaining their product impact. Final decisions are made by the Product Manager, but analytics serves as the foundation for those decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build and maintain product dashboards in Tableau to help the team quickly assess key metrics and make informed decisions.
- Analyze user behavior in web-to-app funnels, including activation, conversion, retention, and churn.
- Analyze subscription models through cohort analysis, LTV, ARPU, and MRR, identifying growth drivers and problem areas.
- Formulate clear, structured hypotheses and insights that directly influence product and growth priorities.
- Support A/B testing by assisting with experiment design, analyzing results, and interpreting their impact on key metrics.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to provide timely analysis of core metrics and support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineer to define data requirements, validate metric accuracy, and align on tracking updates.
- Communicate insights with Product and Marketing teams to align on next steps.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics within product companies, preferably subscription-based products such as mobile apps.
- Hands-on experience with product metrics including activation, conversion, retention, churn, LTV, and ARPU.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards used for decision-making.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of analytical database structures such as BigQuery or similar.
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools for data visualization and exploration.
- Understanding of A/B testing principles including experiment design, statistical significance, and result interpretation.
- Basic to confident experience with Python for data analysis and automation, including pandas and numpy.
- Intermediate+ level of English.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Health and Fitness or Wellness products.
- Understanding of user behavior in subscription-based models including mobile or web-to-app.
- Experience with mobile analytics including in-app events, paywalls, and onboarding flows.
- Experience analyzing experiments and growth initiatives within product teams.
