WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Launching advertising accounts and setting up links.
- Analyzing results, optimizing, and working toward positive ROI.
- Testing new GEOs.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Knowledge of Google Ads Search or UAC (mandatory with proven results). Experience working with these sources for at least 1 year.
- Ability to work with trackers (Keitaro, Binom).
- Ability to work with cloaking.
- Excellent analytical skills, knowledge of key metrics and their interrelationships (CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI).
- Experience working with monthly budgets from $20k.
- Experience with Tier 1 markets (Canada, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, etc.).
- Understanding of all stages: from domain to effective creatives.
- Desire and ability to pour traffic (not just theorize).
- Systematic approach.
- Stress resistance.
- Persistence and result orientation.
- Attention to detail and independence.
