What you’ll be focusing on:
- Developing and executing the payment infrastructure strategy for global markets.
- Searching for and integrating new PSPs and local payment methods.
- Analyzing APIs, evaluating provider capabilities, and monitoring payment performance.
- Setting up and continuously optimizing Smart Routing & Cascading flows.
- Managing relationships with multiple payment providers and legal entities.
- Running checkout and billing experiments to improve conversion and user experience.
- Optimizing checkout UX and enhancing payment infrastructure.
- Conducting business negotiations with partners and opening MIDs.
- Managing dunning processes and improving payment recovery rates.
- Monitoring the performance of all payment methods and providers.
- Collaborating with product and marketing teams on new features and payment-related initiatives.
- Owning and driving the payments improvement roadmap.
- Working closely with the engineering team and preparing detailed requirements.
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- 4+ years of experience in payment product management.
- Proven experience managing B2C products across US and international markets.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable improvements in payment performance KPIs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to optimization.
- Highly proactive, execution-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the product domain.
