Payment Manager | Honeytech

Currently, we are looking for a Payment Manager to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it.

Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics — in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

Remote Full-Time | Finance

Monitoring, analyzing, and improving payment infrastructure performance.
Managing and optimizing key metrics (approve rate, fraud rate, chargeback rate, VAMP, and others).
Developing the payment ecosystem: introducing new payment methods and coordinating technical integrations.
Working with payment partners: preparing reports, handling requirements from PSPs/banks/processors, reviewing and optimizing fees.
Billing support and оператив resolution of payment incidents.
Ensuring compliance of payment processes with regulatory requirements, security standards, and industry best practices.

2+ years of experience in product IT as a Payment Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of payment mechanics, card acquiring (Visa/Mastercard), and payment systems.
Experience working with payment providers, banks, and PSPs, including negotiations and relationship building.
Experience in business deals and partner collaboration.
Advanced Excel skills and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to have: ability to work with data (collection, processing, transformation, analysis, and visualization / SQL / Tableau / Power BI), knowledge and hands-on experience with A/B testing, experience working closely with Support teams, experience ensuring regulatory compliance and security.
