WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate the team of freelancers daily.
- Complete research for new kinds of work, and test new tools and platforms.
- Manage the linkbuilding tasks for crowd and outreach, gather donors for approval from freelancers, check its parameters, fulfill reports, monitor the quality of the links and dynamics, check texts, and set the content tasks for guest posts.
- Process content tasks—assign writers, track deadlines, ensure the content meets requirements such as keyword usage, density, AI detection, and plagiarism, and send it back to the writer for revisions if necessary.
- Issue payments, manage reports and budgets.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company.
- Search and hire new executors on freelance, check test tasks, and ensure they align with our standards.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate + level.
- Ability to cooperate effectively in a team.
- Perseverance is a must, you will have a lot of routine work and process a lot of information daily.
- Basic knowledge of SEO optimization, linkbuilding, and copywriting will be an advantage.
- Quick and efficient communication.
- Self-discipline, detail orientation, and time management.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel/Google Docs.
