WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate the team of freelancers daily — you won’t be responsible for writing/editing texts or building links yourself, but you will manage tasks for content (landing pages, reviews, and guest posts).
  • Process content tasks—assign writers, track deadlines, ensure the content meets requirements such as keyword usage, density, AI detection, and plagiarism, and send it back to the writer for revisions if necessary.
  • Study a lot, grow expertise in linkbuilding/SEO, and complete research for new kinds of work, test new tools, and platforms for content and linkbuilding purposes.
  • Search and hire the new executors on a freelance basis, check test tasks, and ensure they align with our standards.
  • Issue payments, manage reports, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company.

  • Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate + level.
  • Ability to cooperate effectively in a team.
  • Perseverance is a must, you will have a lot of routine work and process a lot of information daily.
  • Quick and efficient communication.
  • Self-discipline, detail orientation, and time management.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel/Google Docs.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO optimization, copywriting, and linkbuilding will be an advantage.
