Operations Manager

  • We are BRNR — a corporate investment fund of Boosta, a holding company that manages a diverse portfolio of products and businesses, supported by a strong and efficient operational headquarters.
  • Since 2023, we have invested in more than 10 projects and currently manage a portfolio of 13 projects.
  • Now we are looking for an Operations Manager  to join our Investment team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Maintain a “helicopter view” of operational processes, ensuring transparency and control.
  • Own cross-functional operations between Projects and other departments (Finance, Legal, HR, Recruiting etc.).
  • Decompose processes into clear and measurable steps.
  • Support process redesign initiatives and implement optimizations.
  • Contribute to strategic operational initiatives together with the Head of Operations.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Proven experience in operations management and business process optimization.
  • Ability to keep a helicopter view while ensuring attention to detail in execution.
  • Solid skills in process decomposition and structuring; ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple way.
  • Strong proficiency in G-suit.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Notion, or mind-mapping tools would be an advantage.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate.
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Ownership and getting things done mindset.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of information: collection, documentation, analysis and coordination.
  • Proactive attitude with readiness to take on tasks beyond direct responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in fast-changing environments.
