WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be master of the office - make sure everything is well organized, clean, up to standard, as it would be your own home;
  • Provide high-quality of internal services to employees and respond to employees requests and concerns;
  • Hold office tours for newcomers;
  • Manage office suppliers and repair services;
  • Order all necessary goods (kitchen supplies, household goods, stationery, first aid kit, etc.);
  • Control the availability of the necessary goods for the stable operation of the office;
  • Manage the stock и participate in the inventory process;
  • Cooperate with courier services and coordinate deliveries;
  • Contribute to primary budgeting and monitoring;
  • Ensure effective documents flow on a timely base;
  • Provide office support for corporate events in Kyiv office.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position (1-3 years) preferably in a company of 50-100 people;
  • Experience in setting up office services;
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office, and office equipment;
  • Experience in primary budget planning and analyzing;
  • Good verbal/written communication and listening skills;
  • Speed in delivering results, sense of urgency;
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide prompt responses to inquiries;
  • Time and stress management skills;
  • English - Intermediate or higher;
  • Experience in IT company (nice to have);
  • Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence, Slack (nice to have).
