We are currently looking for a Motion Designer to join Inspirio, a project focused on the fast launch, development, and scaling of mobile applications.

Editing and producing photo and video creatives for mobile apps and web projects for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop new creative ideas and concepts.
Continuously analyzing competitors’ creatives.

Have 1.5+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or Graphic Designer.
Can edit videos and create photo creatives for mobile apps across various ad networks (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
Are confident working with Adobe tools (After Effects, Photoshop).
Have experience with CapCut and AI-based editing tools (as a plus).
Have experience working with Figma.
Are ready to propose and implement your own ideas.
Are proactive and results-oriented.
Can choose the most effective tools to deliver creatives quickly and efficiently.
