As a Motion Designer, your challenges will include:
- Creating motion design creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Analyzing creative performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversions) and optimizing creatives accordingly.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals.
- Adapting creatives for different platforms and formats.
- Producing animated banners and video ads of various lengths.
- Maintaining a high production pace for creatives.
- Keeping up with trends in digital marketing and advertising.
We are looking for a specialist who:
- Ambition and a strong desire to grow into a Motion Designer Lead (Marketing) role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D / Blender.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and metrics (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate).
- Experience creating creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Strong skills in motion graphics and animation for advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of short-form video content specifics (15–30 seconds) for ads.
- Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles for advertising creatives.
- Understanding of A/B testing and a data-driven approach to creative optimization.
