We are looking for a Mobile Manual QA Engineer who will be responsible for the reliability, stability, and scalability of a video communication streaming platform, working closely with developers and product managers within a highly collaborative team where quality is a true priority.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform manual testing of mobile applications and backend systems, including APIs, databases, and business logic.
- Execute smoke, sanity, and regression testing to ensure product stability across releases.
- Create and maintain clear and practical test documentation that supports the team’s workflow.
- Test internal company products, including admin panels, CRM systems, and internal tools.
- Conduct deep defect analysis to identify root causes rather than only surface-level issues.
- Prepare clear, structured, and high-quality bug reports.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience testing mobile applications and backend systems.
- Hands-on manual API testing (Postman, Swagger).
- Experience with proxy debugging tools such as Charles, Fiddler, Postman, or similar.
- Experience working with MongoDB Compass (querying, editing, deleting data).
- Understanding and practical experience with A/B testing.
- Experience with analytics and monitoring tools: Grafana, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, DataGrip, Amplitude, AppsFlyer.
- Understanding of installation testing: organic vs. non-organic installs.
- Hands-on mobile testing experience (iOS / Android).
