We are looking for a Mobile Manual QA Engineer responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and scalability of our video communication streaming platform, working closely with developers and product managers in a cohesive team where quality is a top priority.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Performing manual testing of mobile applications and backend systems, including APIs, databases, and business logic.
- Conducting smoke, sanity, and regression testing to ensure product stability on every release.
- Creating and maintaining clear and useful test documentation that genuinely supports the team.
- Testing internal company products such as admin panels, CRM systems, and internal tools.
- Performing thorough defect analysis to identify root causes, not just surface-level issues.
- Preparing high-quality, clear bug reports.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience testing mobile applications and backend systems.
- Manual API testing (Postman, Swagger).
- Experience with Proxy/Debugging tools: Charles, Fiddler, Postman, or similar.
- Experience working with MongoDB Compass (querying, editing, deleting data).
- Understanding and practical experience with A/B testing.
- Experience with analytics tools: Grafana, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, DataGrip, Amplitude, AppsFlyer.
- Understanding of installation testing, including: Organic installs/Non-organic installs.
- Experience testing mobile applications (iOS / Android).
