As a Middle UI/UX Designer, you will work with the team to:
- Designing user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS / Android).
- Conducting competitor and niche research to generate UX ideas.
- Creating user flows, prototypes, and interface mockups in Figma.
- Developing design systems and reusable components.
- Designing static creatives for marketing purposes (banners, icons, store screenshots).
- Contributing to product and marketing teams via collaborative design reviews.
- Mentoring and supporting junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have strong UI/UX design skills with a focus on mobile applications (iOS / Android).
- Have experience in competitor and market analysis, identifying UX patterns and ideas.
- Can build user flows, prototypes, and layouts in Figma.
- Have experience creating design systems and reusable components.
- Can adapt designs for fast-paced marketing campaigns and A/B testing.
- Have experience preparing static marketing creatives (banners, store screenshots, icons).
- Have basic motion design skills (Lottie, Rive, Cupcat, or similar tools).
- Actively participate in design reviews and communicate effectively with product managers, developers, and marketers.
- Can mentor and provide quality feedback to junior designers.
