- We are currently looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer for one of our businesses, Traffic7, who will design mobile products and marketing creatives that directly influence growth - not just “pretty screens”.
- Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing.

You will work with the team to:
- Designing user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS / Android).
- Conducting competitor and niche research to generate UX ideas.
- Creating user flows, prototypes, and interface mockups in Figma.
- Developing design systems and reusable components.
- Designing static creatives for marketing purposes (banners, icons, store screenshots).
- Contributing to product and marketing teams via collaborative design reviews.
- Mentoring and supporting junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Strong UI/UX design skills with a focus on mobile applications (iOS / Android).
- Competitor and market analysis, identifying UX patterns and ideas.
- Building user flows, prototypes, and layouts in Figma.
- Creation of design systems and reusable components.
- Adaptation of designs for quick marketing campaigns and A/B tests.
- Preparation of static marketing creatives (banners, store screenshots, icons).
- Basic motion design skills using Lottie, Rive, Cupcat, or similar tools.
- Active participation in team design reviews, communication with product managers, developers, and marketers.
- Ability to mentor and provide quality feedback to junior designers.
