Middle+ UI/UX Designer
- We’re looking for an App Designer to join our partner team-someone who seeks real ownership and tangible impact on results. You’ll work on designing mobile products and marketing creatives that directly drive business growth, not just “pretty screens.”
- You’ll be involved in the full product lifecycle:
- —from competitor research and UX logic
- —to clean, modern UI
- —and high-converting App Store and marketing visuals.
- This role is ideal for a proactive designer who is comfortable working independently and ready to elevate the design culture around them. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams, support the growth of junior designers, and help shape the visual identity of products at scale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Designing user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS / Android).
- Conducting competitor and niche research to generate UX ideas.
- Creating user flows, prototypes, and interface mockups in Figma.
- Developing design systems and reusable components.
- Designing static creatives for marketing purposes (banners, icons, store screenshots).
- Contributing to product and marketing teams via collaborative design reviews.
- Mentoring and supporting junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Strong UI/UX design skills with a focus on mobile applications (iOS / Android).
- Competitor and market analysis, identifying UX patterns and ideas.
- Building user flows, prototypes, and layouts in Figma.
- Creation of design systems and reusable components.
- Adaptation of designs for quick marketing campaigns and A/B tests.
- Preparation of static marketing creatives (banners, store screenshots, icons).
- Basic motion design skills using Lottie, Rive, Cupcat, or similar tools.
- Active participation in team design reviews, communication with product managers, developers, and marketers.
- Ability to mentor and provide quality feedback to junior designers.
