In the role of Middle UAM, you will:
- Fully manage Meta Ads as the primary acquisition channel.
- Scale the current spend ($100k+/month) while improving efficiency.
- Identify new creative directions and winning angles.
- Build a creative testing machine.
- Work with an outsourced team while gradually building in-house capabilities.
- Improve CAC / CPA through continuous iterations.
- Work with analytics, including cohorts, LTV, and payback period.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM team (Email/SMS) to increase LTV.
- Partner with the sales team on upsells and high-intent leads.
- Launch new ad accounts, campaign structures, and scaling strategies.
- Oversee tracking (Pixel / CAPI / events) together with the tech team.
- Generate growth hypotheses and run rapid tests.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has advanced hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Ads).
- Has experience managing advertising budgets of $100k–$500k+/month (preferably in the US market).
- Can consistently scale campaigns without sacrificing ROAS / CAC.
- Has a deep understanding of performance marketing (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR).
- Has experience working with subscription / lead generation / high-LTV business models.
- Can build and test creative hypotheses (creative-led growth).
- Has experience working with a large volume of creatives and their iterations (UGC / angles / hooks).
- Understands the full funnel through to revenue (not just installs/leads, but paid conversion + LTV).
- Has a basic understanding of attribution (MM / last click / blended CAC).
- Has experience working with tracking systems (Pixels, CAPI, event tracking).
- Can work with spreadsheets and BI tools (at least at a basic level: cohort analysis and ROAS over time).
- Has experience working with outsourcing teams or agencies and can gradually bring capabilities in-house.
- Has experience running Meta campaigns in legal / finance / insurance / subscription app niches — will be a plus.
