WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Proactive search for candidates across various online sources: Telegram, social networks, professional communities and forums, job resources, LinkedIn.
- Analysis of the candidate market to develop an effective sourcing strategy tailored to the position.
- Entering candidate information into the internal database (Jira, People Force).
- Initial communication with candidates to establish contact.
- Expanding the network of contacts and building an active candidate pipeline on an ongoing basis, taking into account the team's future needs.
- Optimizing sourcing channels to enhance hiring efficiency.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience as a sourcer in the iGaming niche (IT and non-IT vacancies).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade.
- Ability to work at a fast pace, both independently and as part of a team.
- English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
