We are currently looking for an SMM Specialist to join a project-based company, working daily with content and social media. We are building a team to develop a tourism-focused website. The project is quite unique for the Ukrainian market, offering plenty of room for ideas, strong decisions, and professional growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Managing the project’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Facebook).
- Planning and publishing content in line with the strategy.
- Writing copy and adapting content for different platforms.
- Preparing briefs for designers and videographers, and overseeing execution.
- Working with video content.
- Engaging with the audience and supporting its growth.
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the tone of voice.
- Collecting basic analytics and tracking content performance.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Has at least 1 year of experience managing social media.
- Writes engaging, clear copy without unnecessary “marketing fluff.”
- Understands the specifics of different platforms.
- Is organized and comfortable working with recurring tasks.
- Is detail-oriented and meets deadlines consistently.
- Has basic skills in working with visuals and video.
- Has excellent Ukrainian writing skills and English at B1+ level or higher.
- Knows and has a good feel for the city of Kyiv.
