Your focus will include:
- Develop and execute an organic growth strategy across social media platforms.
- Drive organic user acquisition through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Quora, and other platforms.
- Create, test, and scale short-form content formats.
- Identify trends and quickly adapt them to our products.
- Launch and grow niche or thematic accounts when needed.
- Build traffic funnels from content to app or website conversion.
- Track performance metrics and optimize results based on data insights.
- Continuously experiment and improve growth performance.
You’re our ideal candidate if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in organic user acquisition via social media.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms.
- Proven experience growing accounts from zero to measurable results.
- Hands-on experience creating and scaling short-form content.
- Understanding of the funnel: content → engagement → click → install.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with metrics (reach, CTR, retention).
- Data-driven approach and experience with A/B testing.
