Middle SEO Specialist

Hello!

We are currently looking for a Middle SEO Specialist to join our partner team AdlerTeam, who understands SEO as a system and is able to manage the full cycle of website promotion. You will work within an SEO team alongside link builders, outreach specialists, and junior SEO specialists, influencing project growth and seeing the real impact of your work.

AdlerTeam is a Ukrainian affiliate marketing company that creates and scales its own websites for global markets. We build products from scratch and grow them through organic traffic from Google.

We operate in Western Europe, North America, and Australia, where competition is high and the quality of decisions plays a key role.

About the project:

We work with review websites in international European and Canadian markets, including Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ireland, and Italy.

These projects vary from actively scaling core websites to those that require further development and systematic improvement.

Some projects are in a growth phase while others are in the optimization stage, which makes the tasks diverse and the results of your work visible quite quickly.

Remote Full-time | SEO

Apply

Conduct regular SEO audits (technical and content) and create a backlog of tasks.
Develop and manage the SEO roadmap (monthly/quarterly) and monitor implementation.
Optimize pages (categories/services/articles): structure, meta tags, internal linking, and content.
Perform semantic research and keyword mapping based on search intent.
Work with link building (opportunity/risk assessment, monitoring anchor plan execution).
Monitor GSC/GA4 data, errors, updates, competitors, and performance dynamics.
Prepare reports and analyze results.

At least 2 years of experience in SEO.
Understanding of indexing and crawl management: robots.txt, sitemap.xml, canonical, noindex/nofollow, hreflang.
Knowledge of key technical issues and status codes: 301/302, 404/410, duplicates, URL parameters, pagination.
Ability to identify root causes, propose solutions, and prepare technical specifications (tasks) for developers.
Understanding of Core Web Vitals (LCP/INP/CLS) and page loading speed.
Ability to conduct content audits: determine what should be updated, merged, or removed, and how to avoid keyword cannibalization.
Ability to collect semantics, cluster keywords, and create keyword mapping based on search intent.
Understanding of internal linking for priority clusters/pages.
Knowledge of link building strategies aligned with goals (priority pages/clusters, link types, link velocity), donor quality, risks, and anchor lists.
Ability to monitor link placements: URL/anchor, attributes (dofollow/nofollow/sponsored/ugc), indexation, and backlink profile monitoring.
Confident use of Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Serpstat, Majestic, PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Ability to create reports that lead to clear insights, action plans, and recommendations with explanations of the reasoning behind them.
