Middle SEO Specialist (German market)

- We are currently looking for a Middle SEO Specialist to join our partner team AdlerTeam, who can generate new ideas and scale results. In this role, you will lead several active projects and, together with the team, optimize their performance and help take them to the next level through effective growth strategies.
- AdlerTeam is a Ukrainian affiliate marketing company that creates and scales its own websites for global markets. We build products from scratch and grow them through organic traffic from Google.
- We operate in Western Europe, North America, and Australia, where competition is high and the quality of decisions plays a key role.
- About the project:
- These are review websites in a highly competitive niche in the German market that have already passed the launch stage, have stable traffic and real results, but now require fresh ideas for scaling.
- Alongside optimizing existing websites, we also launch new projects from scratch, so you will go through the full cycle from strategy development to generating the first profit.

What you will do as a Middle SEO Specialist:
- Full-scale promotion of a review website.
- Collaborating with SEO specialists, content managers, and outreach specialists.
- Developing content plans and ensuring their execution.
- Creating link-building plans and monitoring their implementation.
- Organizing internal linking on the site.
- Overseeing the technical aspects of the website.
- Continuously analyzing the site’s performance and its position in Google search results.
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in SEO.
- Experience in competitor research.
- Experience in on-page optimization.
- Experience in semantic core collection.
- Ability to create technical tasks for SEO content.
- Experience in building link strategies and controlling their execution.
- Experience in organizing internal linking.
- Technical SEO skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Result-oriented mindset.
