In the role of Middle/Senior SEO Specialist, you will:

  • Take full ownership of the SEO channel as a revenue source.
  • Audit the current SEO stack and the $14k/month outsourcing setup.
  • Rebuild the SEO strategy around real business metrics (leads / revenue).
  • Optimize existing pages for conversion and intent.
  • Build the website structure for scalable organic traffic growth.
  • Launch a content strategy (high-intent + programmatic SEO).
  • Manage contractors or build an in-house SEO function.
  • Improve technical SEO (speed, indexing, structure).
  • Build a system for measuring SEO ROI (cohorts / attribution where possible).
  • Identify new SEO opportunities (niches, keywords, vertical expansion).
  • Reduce dependence on expensive outsourcing while increasing efficiency.
  • Work closely with product / dev / growth teams.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has strong hands-on SEO experience (not only strategy, but actual execution or deep performance oversight).
  • Has experience managing SEO budgets of $10k+/month (outsourced / in-house / mixed).
  • Has experience working with competitive US markets (legal, finance, insurance, SaaS, or lead generation).
  • Has a deep understanding of technical SEO (indexing, crawl budget, site structure, Core Web Vitals).
  • Can work with high-intent commercial keywords (money pages, not just blog traffic).
  • Has experience building SEO strategies focused on revenue rather than traffic.
  • Understands SEO as an acquisition channel (CAC / LTV contribution).
  • Has experience with content strategy (programmatic SEO / content scaling).
  • Can evaluate content performance through conversions rather than rankings.
  • Has experience with link-building strategy (white-hat + scalable acquisition).
  • Is proficient with Ahrefs / SEMrush / GSC / GA4 / Looker Studio.
  • Understands SEO for subscription and lead generation business models.
  • Has experience managing contractors or agencies and can restructure and optimize their performance.
