Your focus will include:
- Market and competitor analysis, including retention strategies.
- Analysis of user and partner needs.
- Hypothesis generation and testing.
- Management of an email marketer and push notifications specialist.
- Development of push and email marketing strategy.
- Expansion of new retention channels.
- Event tracking setup and monitoring.
- Running A/B tests for conversion funnels and retention mechanisms.
- Analysis of engagement and retention metrics.
- Maintenance of dashboards with key performance metrics.
- Cross-functional collaboration with designers, developers, and user acquisition leads.
- Development and optimization of the Customer Journey Map.
- Design and implementation of gamification systems.
- Improvement of feedback systems.
- Development of user engagement enhancement mechanics.
You’re our ideal candidate if you:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience in market and competitor analysis.
- Strong expertise in retention metrics analysis.
- Experience running A/B tests (20+ per year).
- Confident experience with Amplitude and Google Analytics (OneSignal is a plus).
- Would be a plus:
- Experience in highly competitive industries (dating, gambling, etc.).
- Experience in cohort analysis.
- Practical experience in UX/UI and conversion optimization.
- Experience implementing gamification and loyalty programs is a plus.
