WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set, control, and optimize team processes.
- Monitor task execution, meet deadlines, and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Interact with customers: gathering requirements, aligning priorities, and managing expectations.
- Coordinate team work: SEO, content, link building, and development.
- Define optimal task implementation methods and accelerate their execution.
- Organize internal meetings and synchronize work between departments.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Analyze team performance and suggest process improvements.
- Organize demo presentations for customers and internal teams.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.
- Experience managing the processes of creating and promoting web projects.
- Experience working with websites built from scratch and on CMS (WordPress and others).
- Knowledge of website structural elements and key CMS capabilities.
- Ability to efficiently distribute tasks among specialists with different stacks and expertise levels.
- Experience working with technical tasks, their decomposition, and assessment of deadlines.
- Experience in customer communication, understanding their expectations and business goals.
- Practical experience working with SEO, content teams, link builders, and developers.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Business correspondence skills, report preparation, and performance analytics.
