What will be in your focus:
- Generating and prioritizing hypotheses based on Market Research, User Research, and analytics.
- Managing the full validation cycle of product hypotheses: Design, Development, Testing, and Analytics.
- Conducting A/B tests to improve key product metrics.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to understand the complete user journey and identify optimal solutions to achieve business goals.
You are our perfect match if:
- You have experience managing the full product development lifecycle: from problem discovery and hypothesis generation to launch, result analysis, and further iterations.
- You are experienced in working with product metrics: Conversion Rate, Retention, ARPU, LTV, CAC, Churn, and other key KPIs.
- You have experience building and analyzing product funnels, identifying drop-off points, and finding growth opportunities.
- You have hands-on experience conducting A/B tests, including hypothesis creation, defining success metrics, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions.
- You are confident working with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Tableau, or Looker.
- You have experience conducting competitive analysis, market research, and identifying product opportunities.
- You understand unit economics and can evaluate the business impact of product decisions.
- Intermediate+ level of English.
- Experience working in a B2C product company (experience in a subscription business will be a plus).
