WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Prototyping and designing new solutions.
- Scaling and improving existing solutions.
- Participating in discovery sessions and brainstorming.
- Creating new and refactoring existing design systems.
- Daily collaboration with Product Managers and cross-functional interaction (Dev, Frontend, QA).
- Regular design reviews and iterations to improve design solutions.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience working on product design tasks end-to-end: from idea exploration and low-fidelity prototyping to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI design.
- Ability to actively participate in discovery stages, including brainstorming, problem analysis, and generation of UX solutions.
- Ability to clearly package, present, and justify design ideas and UX solutions to stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams, including design reviews, product review, and iterative design refinement.
