Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple departments.
  • Design and implement operational business processes that align with the company’s long-term vision and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with teams across different business units to collect data, design, and implement business process improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Write and maintain key documentation related to core business processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3 + years of operations management or project management.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate complex processes.
  • Experience with mind-mapping software (Miro, Xmind, MindMeister, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in designing and implementing performance metrics.
  • Experience in building processes from scratch.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
  • Well-developed skills in communication and negotiation.
  • You can find a common language with any person. You know how to ask questions that will allow you to understand the real need regardless of how the request sounds.
  • Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and a rapidly changing environment.
  • You like challenges and know how to tame chaos.
  • Hard-working and passionate about what you do.
  • You know how to do things quickly and efficiently. You don't try to do it “perfectly, but never”.
  • Overall, you are 150% consistent with our Behavior and Leadership Values and at least 100% with all others :)
