Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple departments.
- Design and implement operational business processes that align with the company’s long-term vision and goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with teams across different business units to collect data, design, and implement business process improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Write and maintain key documentation related to core business processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3 + years of operations management or project management.
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate complex processes.
- Experience with mind-mapping software (Miro, Xmind, MindMeister, etc.).
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience in designing and implementing performance metrics.
- Experience in building processes from scratch.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Well-developed skills in communication and negotiation.
- You can find a common language with any person. You know how to ask questions that will allow you to understand the real need regardless of how the request sounds.
- Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and a rapidly changing environment.
- You like challenges and know how to tame chaos.
- Hard-working and passionate about what you do.
- You know how to do things quickly and efficiently. You don't try to do it “perfectly, but never”.
