Your focus will include:
- Optimizing monetization funnels across mobile products.
- Working with retention and re-engagement mechanics (push notifications, email, in-app communication.
- Identifying growth opportunities through product and user behavior data.
- Improving offers and monetization logic to maximize user value and revenue.
- Managing collaboration with Email Marketing and Push Notification teams.
- Developing engagement mechanics to improve user activity and repeat conversions.
- Conducting and analyzing A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve performance.
- Monitoring key monetization metrics and implementing data-driven improvements.
You’re our ideal candidate if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in Monetization Management.
- Have hands-on experience with market and competitor analysis.
- Possess strong expertise in retention metrics analysis.
- Have practical experience running A/B tests (20+ per year).
- Confidently work with Amplitude and Google Analytics (experience with OneSignal will be a plus).
- Understand cohort analysis and product performance evaluation.
- Have practical experience in UX/UI and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience in highly competitive affiliate niches (dating, gambling, etc.) will be considered a strong advantage.
- Key KPIs for the role:
- Revenue growth.
- Revenue per User.
- Repeat conversion rate.
- LTV.
- Funnel conversion uplift.
- Experiment velocity.
