Junior Linkbuilder (Australia, New Zealand, UK markets)
- Hello!
- We are currently looking for a Junior Linkbuilder to join our partner team AdlerTeam and support SEO growth across international markets. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in link building beyond following templates. You will receive support and mentorship from a Team Lead, but it is important that you are curious and motivated to explore new platforms, approaches, and growth opportunities.
- AdlerTeam is a Ukrainian affiliate marketing company that creates and scales its own websites for global markets. We build products from scratch and grow them through organic traffic from Google.
- We operate in Western Europe, North America, and Australia, where competition is high and the quality of decisions plays a key role.
- About the project:
- These are review-based SEO projects in international markets, mainly focused on Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, as well as new directions and experimental SEO approaches.
- There are several core projects and test websites, which means real задачі and not practice-only work.
- For a Junior Linkbuilder, this provides an opportunity to quickly gain experience with a wide range of platforms, placement formats, and real SEO processes in a competitive niche.

What you will do as a Junior Linkbuilder:
- Placing crowd-sourced links on forums, thematic blocks, Q&A platforms, business directories, etc.
- Searching for new high-quality platforms for placing free press releases.
- Following the link/anchor plan.
- Communicating with SEO specialists to improve linkbuilding strategies.
- Generating ideas for new approaches to search or types of placement sites.
- Covering KPI: team linkbuilding needs in required quality and quantity.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- At least 6 months of experience as a Linkbuilder.
- Written English at B1–B2 level.
- Basic understanding of SEO and on-page optimization.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and similar.
- Understanding of key metrics for evaluating domains, pages, and content quality.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks and time effectively.
- Out-of-the-box thinking.
