Middle (Junior +) Social User Acquisition Manager (Meta, TikTok, SnapChat)
We are looking for a Middle (Junior+) Social User Acquisition Manager to join our team and scale a rapidly growing digital product. The product is a fast-growing live-streaming platform (iOS & Android) that connects creators and viewers from all over the world through meaningful conversations and authentic entertainment. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, becoming the key buyer for these channels. You’ll have significant ownership over decisions, full freedom to test strategies, and the opportunity to eventually lead one or several traffic sources and build your own UA sub-team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and execute UA strategies across Meta / TikTok / Snapchat to hit Effective Spend, CPA, ROAS goals.
- Work with MMPs (AppsFlyer) and analytics tools (GA, Power BI, Looker Studio) to track performance.
- Ensure correct tracking setup for all campaigns (pixels, SDK events, URL parameters, postbacks).
- Analyze cohort performance, monitor key KPIs (CPI, CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS, ARPU/LTV), and make data-driven decisions.
- Perform ongoing optimizations: bids, budgets, creatives, audiences, placements, and events.
- Work closely with the creative team: write briefs, define hypotheses, and analyze creative performance.
- Cooperate with dev/analytics teams to implement and verify events and attribution.
- Run systematic A/B tests (creatives, landing pages, events, optimization objectives).
- Identify growth opportunities: new GEOs, new audiences, formats, funnel approaches.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 1+ years of hands-on performance UA experience for mobile apps.
- Proven track record running campaigns on at least two of the three: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat.
- Experience with both app install campaigns and web2app funnels (landing pages, pre-landers, tracking).
- Strong understanding of performance metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, cohorts.
- Practical experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer) and analytics tools (GA / Power BI / Looker Studio / spreadsheets).
- Ability to make decisions based on data, not opinions.
- Understanding of SKAN attribution, Probabilistic attribution, SRNs.
- English level: Intermediate.
