Middle HR Business Partner
- We are looking for a Middle HR Business Partner (iGaming) who will work with multiple product teams at different stages of development—from early growth to scaling.
- This role involves close collaboration with managers and founders, supporting them in managerial decision-making, team risk management, workload and performance optimization, compensation matters, and people development. A significant part of the role focuses on supporting team growth, preparing teams for scaling, and participating in the integration of new teams and roles.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide HR Business Partner support to product teams.
- Work closely with managers to develop leadership capabilities and support complex managerial cases.
- Design and implement tailored HR processes aligned with the business stage, team size, and risk profile.
- Participate in the integration of new teams (onboarding, adaptation, and HR process setup).
- Identify HR risks, pressure points, and overload, and propose effective solutions.
- Support performance management processes, feedback culture, and 1:1 practices.
- Participate in team transformations (changes in structure, roles, and business growth).
- Collaborate with various operational teams.
- Prepare HR updates and status reports for stakeholders.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in iGaming or related high-risk industries — a must.
- Experience working with startup and scale-up teams, with a strong understanding of business maturity stages (early → growth → scale).
- Hands-on experience designing, adapting, and implementing HR processes based on real business needs.
- Practical experience working with managers (C-level, Head-level): 1:1s, performance management, feedback, and team development.
- End-to-end understanding of HR processes: onboarding, probation, performance, engagement, retention, and offboarding.
- Experience working with distributed and international teams.
- Ability to work with data: HR metrics, risk indicators, workload analysis, and basic HR analytics.
