Middle HR Business Partner

  • We are looking for a Middle HR Business Partner (iGaming) who will work with multiple product teams at different stages of development—from early growth to scaling.
  • This role involves close collaboration with managers and founders, supporting them in managerial decision-making, team risk management, workload and performance optimization, compensation matters, and people development. A significant part of the role focuses on supporting team growth, preparing teams for scaling, and participating in the integration of new teams and roles.
  • If you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with a high level of responsibility, and you can balance business logic with a people-centered approach while keeping HR processes practical, clear, and valuable for teams—we’d love to have you join us.
