WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan, create, and launch promotional and automated email campaigns.
- Manage trigger-based campaigns: set up logic, content, and delivery.
- Segment users and apply basic targeting logic (e.g. new users, inactive for over 30 days, last click/open, location, traffic source, bonus type, language).
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and bonus offers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (Open Rate, Click Rate, deliverability).
- Work with email platforms such as Brevo, Customer.io, Klaviyo, and others.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
- Understanding of key metrics: Open Rate, Click Rate, Bounce Rate, Unsubscribe Rate.
- Basic knowledge of ESPs or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in running A/B tests and analyzing results.
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and understanding of user journey logic.
- Copywriting or design skills.
- Basic HTML skills for editing email templates.
