RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Collection, Analysis, Visualization and Reporting;
- Gather data from various sources, work with databases to retrieve relevant information;
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and completeness;
- Handle missing data, outliers, and inconsistencies;
- Extract meaning and suggest action items from data, not just report metrics;
- Perform data-driven product research using ad-hoc analytics (and ML);
- Identify trends, patterns, search for insights that help to improve the product;
- Build hypothesis, design and analyze A/B tests, validate them, present findings to the team;
- Extract data from the database, calculate some metrics, perform visualization and reporting;
- Automate different business processes using Google SpreadSheets powered by Python + MySQL backend;
- Document data analysis methodologies, assumptions, and results for future reference;
- Maintain documentation on data sources and data transformation processes;
- Conduct quality assurance checks on data to ensure accuracy and reliability;
- Validate the results of analysis to ensure they align with business goals;
- Collaboration and Data Interpretation: collaborate with the product and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and goals, present and communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and understandably, interpret data to provide actionable insights;
- Problem Solving: identify and solve data-related problems, propose solutions to improve data quality and analysis processes, stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis, acquire new skills and tools to enhance analytical capabilities;
- Contribute insights to the product roadmap based on data-driven findings.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2+ years of experience with SQL, Python;
- 1 year of xperience with Machine Learning;
- Ability to examine large datasets and extract meaningful patterns;
- Proficiency in analysis and data interpretation;
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker etc);
- Expertise in machine learning concepts for predictive modeling;
- Understanding of statistical concepts and methods for hypothesis testing, probability;
- Quantitative Analysis;

- Decision making.
