WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Researching community members’ needs (through in-depth interviews and surveys) and developing a community growth strategy.
- Moderating Slack channels and creating engaging content for the community, including announcements, news, digests, and discussions.
- Generating and implementing new formats of interaction with community members.
- Organizing internal activities and events (both online and offline, in Ukraine and potentially abroad).
- Supporting community operational processes.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Have 2+ years of experience in communications, project management, or learning & development.
- Possess strong copywriting skills, with excellent command of Ukrainian and English at an Intermediate+ level.
- Can identify people’s needs and understand what content truly resonates.
- Have experience organizing events.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong literacy, creativity, structured thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Are comfortable working with deadlines and open to new challenges.
