Currently, we are looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it.

Searching for, attracting, and developing affiliate partners through research, negotiations, onboarding, and building long-term relationships.
Supporting affiliate partners by assisting with campaign launches, offers, tracking links, tracking setup, and resolving day-to-day issues.
Analyzing partner performance by monitoring key metrics (CR, EPC, CPA, etc.), identifying growth opportunities, and scaling successful partnerships.
Monitoring traffic quality, tracking accuracy, and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements.
Maintaining CRM, reports, and documentation to keep all partnership processes transparent and well-structured.
Collaborating closely with Analytics, Design, and Development teams to launch and grow partner integrations.
Leveraging AI and modern tools for research, process automation, communication, and improving operational efficiency.

Has 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
Has experience working with affiliate partners, including partner acquisition, onboarding, development, and scaling.
Has a solid understanding of tracking, including offer creation, postback setup, and attribution models.
Understands different traffic sources, including social, native, push, pop, and search traffic.
Can analyze partner performance using EPC, CR, CPA, ROI, and other key metrics.
Has English proficiency at B2 level or higher to communicate with international partners.
