We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead who will help launch and scale a new product and, in the future, grow into a Head of Marketing / CMO role. The position is for a new project within the Boosta ecosystem, focused on building a data-driven product in the field of cognitive assessment and human intellectual development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy (Google, Meta).
- Manage marketing budgets and drive scalable growth.
- Analyze performance and optimize the user acquisition funnel.
- Hire and manage a cross-functional team (creative marketer, designer, analyst).
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Strong expertise in performance marketing (Meta / Google).
- Experience working with subscription-based business models.
- Solid analytical skills (GA4, Amplitude, Tableau, CPA/LTV analysis) with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets ($100k+ per month), identifying unit economics, testing new GEOs, and rapidly scaling successful setups.
- Ability to shape performance creatives and messaging for different audiences and platforms, collaborating closely with the creative team.
