WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan and control project execution from concept to release.
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers).
- Define task priorities and resources for effective achievement of goals.
- Maintain communication between teams and external stakeholders.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to increase productivity.
- Analyze risks and develop plans to avoid them.
- Continuously monitor project progress and prepare reports.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT company.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practical experience in their implementation.
- Skills in resource management, time management, and task delegation.
- Strong communication skills, ability to convey ideas and motivate the team.
- Analytical mindset and ability to quickly adapt to changes.
- Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Experience working in startups or product companies will be an advantage.
