WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Creating and maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, test results, technical documentation).
- Applying different types and levels of testing, using test design techniques.
- Testing APIs using specialized tools.
- Checking layout compliance with design mockups.
- Tracking and documenting defects.
- Analyzing requirements and identifying inconsistencies or contradictions.
- Participating in team activities: planning, daily meetings, retrospectives.
- Collaborating with developers, project managers, and product owners.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 2+ years of experience testing web applications.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies — Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
- Strong understanding of testing theory and project life cycle.
- Proficiency in test design techniques, understanding of testing levels and types, and practical experience applying them.
- Experience creating test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports).
- Experience working with Chrome DevTools for problem analysis.
- Basic SQL skills for data validation.
- API testing experience — Postman or similar tools.
- English level Intermediate for working with documentation.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Will Be a Plus:
- Experience visually comparing interfaces with design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD).
- Experience testing responsive layout and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar).
- Basic Git and command line knowledge.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to work with XPath and CSS selectors.
- Basic understanding of SEO and its impact on layout and content.
- Personal qualities:
- Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
- Ability to identify and clearly articulate issues.
- Initiative — identifying weak points in the product and proposing improvements.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
