WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Team management: goal-setting, prioritization, development, and mentorship of the UAM team.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with the CEO, Head of UA, analysts, and product managers to achieve common business goals.
  • Campaign performance analysis: monitoring key metrics, preparing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Experimentation & testing: hypotheses, funnels, A/B tests, creatives, new channels, and new approaches.
  • Ownership of traffic profitability in your direction and continuous performance optimization.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • 2+ years of experience working with Meta acquisition.
  • Experience managing a User Acquisition team.
  • Proven track record managing marketing budgets ($100k+ monthly) in Tier 1 markets.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, CR, CPC, LTV, ROMI, etc.) and the ability to analyze and influence them.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
