As a Lead User Acquisition Manager, your challenges will include:
- Team management: goal-setting, prioritization, development, and mentorship of the UAM team.
- Cross-functional collaboration with the CEO, Head of UA, analysts, and product managers to achieve common business goals.
- Campaign performance analysis: monitoring key metrics, preparing regular reports and recommendations.
- Experimentation & testing: hypotheses, funnels, A/B tests, creatives, new channels, and new approaches.
- Ownership of traffic profitability in your direction and continuous performance optimization.
We are looking for a specialist who:
- 2+ years of experience working with performance marketing.
- Experience managing a User Acquisition team.
- Proven track record managing marketing budgets ($100k+ monthly) in Tier 1 markets.
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, CR, CPC, LTV, ROMI, etc.) and the ability to analyze and influence them.
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
