We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Lead Generator who is ready to build a sales process from scratch and drive business growth for linkbuilding direction. We already have strong in-house linkbuilding teams, now we need a sales leader who can help us connect with clients across Europe and the USA. Our goal is to help companies to get quality linkbuilding&copywriting solutions and increase organic traffic quickly and effectively. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Create and execute lead generation campaigns from scratch.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and challenges for lead generation.
  • Researching and identifying the most useful sources and resources to find leads, such as online platforms, databases, events, etc.
  • Collect and organize key information about companies and decision-makers.
  • Build and execute a B2B sales strategy from the ground up.
  • Visit offline conferences, events and meetups, establishing partnerships, supporting networking, and promoting brand awareness.
  • Initiate conversations with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, calls and other outbound channels.
  • Present our linkbuilding teams to potential partners and tailor our offering to client needs.
  • Work closely with the Account Managers and delivery team to align business goals with client expectations.
  • Contribute to shaping the brand and positioning in the linkbuilding&content writing market.
  • Stay curious and proactive: suggest new ways to improve how we find leads.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • 1-2 years experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in SEO/IT/outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Experience working with clients from the US and/or Europe.
  • Established network in the IT/startup/enterprise space.
  • Practical experience participating in offline events and conferences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken — for calls, emails, and offline presentations.
  • Confident using LinkeStrong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Motivated, ambitious specialist who's ready to grow with us.
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving.
  • Fast learner, eager to apply and share new knowledge.
  • Proactive and result-driven, with a hands-on attitude.
  • Clear communicator, comfortable with calls and direct outreach.
  • Attention to detail, systematic approach, and high level of self-organization.
  • A curious mind—you like to understand why a company might be a good fit.
  • Responsible and stress-resistant.

  • Confident knowledge of data management tools (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM)

  • Experience in the SEO/linkbuilding industry will be a big plus.
