We are currently looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager (Google UAC) to join Inspirio, a project focused on the fast launch, development, and scaling of mobile applications.

Your focus will include:
- Creating, managing, and scaling Google Ads (UAC) campaigns for LeadGen funnels.
- Optimizing advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS.
- Generating hypotheses and implementing them to achieve target CPA and CAC.
- Working closely with the Marketing Team Lead and Senior UAM.
- Conducting competitor research.
You’re our ideal candidate if you:
- Have 6+ year of experience with Google Ads (UAC).
- Have proven experience managing Google UAC advertising budgets starting from $10,000.
- Experience working with LeadGen and Utilities niches will be a plus.
- Have experience with Firebase and GA4.
- Have a clear understanding of marketing metrics and their impact on the project's profitability: CPM, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Keitaro will be a plus.
- Have analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Understand mobile app funnels and key optimization points.
- English level of B1 (Intermediate) or higher will be a plus.
