We are looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer who enjoys working with information, large volumes of data, and spreadsheets. This person will help us analyze the job market, find and initiate communication with talented candidates.

What functions does this role involve?
- Actively search for candidates across various corners of the Internet: LinkedIn, social networks, professional communities, and forums.
- Analyze the candidate market to develop effective search strategies.
- Enter candidate information into the internal database (Jira, People Force).
- Initiate communication with candidates to establish contact.
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
- Post vacancies on job boards, Telegram channels, and other relevant platforms.
- Expand the contact network and form an active funnel of candidates.
- Optimize search channels to increase recruitment efficiency.
- Provide feedback to candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
Key requirements:
- 6-12 months of experience in the position of Talent Sourcer/Researcher.
- Ability to effectively use social media to achieve results.
- Skills in candidate search using various platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, etc.) and proficiency in modern techniques (X-Ray, Boolean search).
- Strong desire to grow in the recruitment field and develop professional skills.
- Organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset, with a focus on providing the best service to customers and candidates.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
