WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, Snapchat).
- Creating and updating content plans, from ideation to publication.
- Generating ideas for posts, stories, reels, videos, and memes.
- Tracking trends and adapting them to fit project themes.
- Writing content: posts, captions, and video scripts.
- Preparing detailed briefs for designers and video editors, coordinating their work.
- Overseeing publication schedules and ensuring content quality.
- Conducting basic performance analysis and proposing improvements.
- Participating in team brainstorms and contributing fresh ideas.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 1+ year of experience managing social media for Western markets (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Ability to create content plans and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skills in writing various content formats: posts, captions, memes, and video scripts.
- Understanding of trends and the ability to quickly adapt them to different themes.
- English proficiency at B2+ level (for creating and adapting content).
