WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work as a Junior SEO Specialist under the guidance of a Middle or Senior colleague, supporting key site‑optimization tasks and broader SEO‑team processes.
- Carry out semantic research, clustering, and page analysis.
- Prepare basic technical SEO audits using a checklist and propose optimization recommendations.
- Prepare content briefs, order content (via a content manager or internal teams), proofread, and publish content on sites.
- Compile anchor lists and create link‑building tasks for executors.
- Monitor rankings and track changes in search results.
- Participate in researching new niches and testing SEO hypotheses.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Understanding of SEO principles and search engine algorithms.
- Capacity to perform basic competitor analysis.
- Confident user of Google Sheets / Excel and familiar with key features of tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
- Knowledge of website structuring and query clustering fundamentals; ability to build a semantic core with SEO tools.
- Ability to craft clear, logical prompts for AI tools (GPT, etc.) when generating or editing content.
- Basic HTML skills and experience with CMSs (ideally WordPress).
- Eagerness to master technical optimization and a site’s internal SEO architecture.
- Willingness to learn and apply in practice.
- High sense of responsibility.
