Junior+ Retention Manager

We’re looking for a Junior+ Retention Manager to join our team and take part in developing and optimizing user communication strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Strategy for push notifications and email communications: development of plans, scenarios, and sequences.
  • Creation and implementation of trigger-based communication flows.
  • Setup and sending of mass mailings and notifications.
  • Integration of events from trackers and analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust, etc.) for triggers.
  • Monitoring and analysis of KPIs.
  • Optimization of communications based on data, hypotheses, and results.
  • Maintaining a communication knowledge base, documenting all scenarios and hypotheses.
  • Selection of content for communications (bonuses, events, etc.).

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Experience working with push notifications: creation, segmentation, and sequence building (scenarios).
  • Experience with email marketing, automated email sequences, and newsletters.
  • Experience with platforms such as OneSignal, Push Express, Aweber.
  • Skills in user segmentation, trigger campaigns, and A/B testing in mailings and push notifications.
  • Ability to build effective communication flows.
  • Capability to work with multiple products and geographies: managing push and email communications across several applications.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry will be a strong advantage.
  • Personal qualities:
  • Responsibility for results and a drive to improve metrics.
  • Systematic and structured thinking.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and handle stress effectively.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Team player with a willingness to share knowledge.
